REMINISCENCES...
FCCS greeted the New Millennium with a set of new officers. They were sworn-in on March 9, 2000 at the Hamdan Plaza Hotel, Salalah, Oman. It was officiated by Consul-General Mohd Noordin Pendosina Lomondot.
Newly installed president, Engr. Nell S. Santos delivering his inaugural address. He emphasized that action will be the motto of his administration.
